Performed a strategic pricing study to flesh out a new pricing model for the company's software and services. Trinexus examined the profile of its clients, prospects, and target market, as well as the company's offering, which is a combination of software application and IT architecture framework. The engagement allowed the company to develop a more attractive pricing structure in terms of value for the investment to its customers and prospects. The new pricing model also provided the company a recurring revenue stream that they previously lacked.

Performed a business process definition for their sales, marketing, and customer service processes for the company's initial product launch. The engagement was geared towards maximizing sales, utilizing a limited number of resources in an efficient manner. The engagement allowed the company to jump-start sales in a new product category while simultaneously providing adequate customer service response levels.

Implemented a Business Process Management (BPM) solution to automate and streamline the processing of purchase requisitions, budget request for contracts, and duly approved employee expense cash advances. The project included characterization of current paper-based processed, performing process simulations, and recommending process improvements based on the potential of the technology to be implemented. Once processed to be implemented were documented and approved, they were configured in the BPM tool, tested and implemented.

As a result of the project, individual departments gained the ability to control their internal processed much more effectively and efficiently. The project included training and support for the solution in order to promote knowledge transfer and maximize the benefits derived from the project.
Performed a corporate assessment to identify currently implemented administrative, physical, and technical safeguards intended to protect corporate information technology assets. As part of the project, Trinexus identified a number of security vulnerabilities, including risks not considered in the current safeguards, and issues with the currently implemented safeguards.

The final deliverable included a number of recommendations to improve security risk management and ensure the availability of corporate information assets, maintain integrity in data storage and transmission, while protecting the confidentiality of corporate data. As a result, the company has been able to aggressively deploy new technologies and services with a significant reduction in corporate risk. Subsequently, Trinexus has been involve in the implementation of a subset of the recommendations arising from the final deliverable.

Performed a characterization and envisioning of its business process in the sales, marketing, and services areas. This included analyzing the firm's business strategy and strategic enables, the organization, the current technology deployed, and the tasks that went into each of the firm's business processes. As part of the engagement, Trinexus identified potential process improvements, the staff roles required to execute them, as well as guidelines to determine, on a theoretical basis, the cycle time for each process.

The result of this engagement will be utilized to guide the implementation of a CRM application. Trinexus will remain associated with the project in order to ensure that the CRM application reflects the new business processes and that the client's return on investment in the CRM initiative is maximized.

Designed and implemented IT infrastructure to support the implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution to transform the way the company does business. The project consisted of performing an assessment of the current infrastructure and determining the gaps with the system and business requirements for the new ERP system. Then new IT infrastructure gave the client significant performance improvement in the use of their current application to manage the business and will set the stage for the implementation of the new ERP system.

The project included training in the basic use of computer and productivity applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office and others.
