Developed a Strategic Information Systems Plan (SISIP) to guide the company's investment and deployment of technology for the next three years. As part of the project, performed an assessment of the company's business, enterprise structure, staff, business processed, and information systems functions. In subsequent phases, identified information systems projects and initiatives based on the company's external environment, business process critical success factors, organizational architecture design, and emerging technologies. As strategic plan was developed to guide implementation of information technology projects and initiatives to support current and future operations, while developing and sustaining competitive advantages. Finally, and implementation plan was put together to guide the implementation of the SISP. As part of the project, developed a proprietary methodology for evaluating the maturity of IT internal process in the organization.

As a result of the SISP, developed a set of the performance metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the IT organization in meeting corporate objectives and serving as a facilitator to the rest of the business. The metrics focused on project demand management, financial management, operations, human resources, and internal customer service. The project consisted of metrics identification and definition, source data mapping, governance and assurance, and management processes. The project team successfully transferred knowledge to the client's staff; currently they generate their own set of metrics.

Developed a Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) to establish defined responsibilities, actions and procedures to recover the client's computer, communication and network environment  in the event of an unexpected and unscheduled interruption. The plan was structured to recover the physical network withing the Critical Time Frames established and accepted by the user community and to minimize the impact on the business with respect to dollars losses and operational interference. The DRP development process included a Business Impact Analysis (BIA) of key applications and how their non-availability affects the client's business. As as result of the engagement, the client can reduce its operational and business risk in case of a disaster or significant unscheduled interruption.

For the Medical Assistance Program of the Department of Health, Trinexus developed a Strategic Information Systems Plan (SISP) to support and organizational transformation process, which will require significant  investment in information technology.  As part of the project, Trinexus performed a detailed assessment of the client's organization and legal framework, organizational structure, staff skill sets, business processed, and information systems function. In subsequent phases, Trinexus identified managerial initiatives and information systems projects based on the organization's external environment, business proecss critical success factors, organizational architecture design, and emerging technologies.

A strategic plan was developed to guide implementation of information technology projects and initiatives to support current and future operation, while providing citizen and organizational services. Finally, and implementation plan was put together to guide the implementation of the SISP.

For a Hospital Group performed a network analysis assessment to help identify performance and securities issues. As part of the Network Assessment, Trinexus consultants performed various tests to identify security and network issues throughout the whole organization. Trinexus findings and recommendations helped the customer avoid acquired additional internet bandwidth and improved network performance. Trinexus eliminated all email spams, reduce their incoming emails by ninety-five percent (95%) and emails systems performance improved from a twenty minute emails delivery to a less than a minute delivery.
