Mrs. Debra E. Lafuente has an Industrial Engineering Bachelor’s Degree from University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez Campus (RUM), more than nine years of experience in the manufacturing field in Quality Control, Logistics, Human Resources & Payroll as well as Maintenance Management and Project Management. Also as Sales Representative for 10 years in the software industry, she was responsible for Major Accounts such as Cayman Islands Government, Puerto Rico Electric & Power Authority, Puerto Rico Ports Authority, Jamaica Government among others. Mrs. Lafuente is an ITIL Foundation Certified and a Microsoft Certified Professional as a Licensing Specialist with more than 10 years experience in compliance.

Eliezer Meléndez, CSE Mr. Eliezer Meléndez, along with his minor in Computer Science, has more than twenty years of experience in the Government sector. He worked ten years with the Government of Puerto Rico on various interagency projects. Also, Mr. Meléndez has more than twelve years of sales experience in the software industry, including 5 years as sales manager for the Government & Telecommunications Sectors in a multinational software company. He is a Certified Sales Executive and a Certified Marketing Executive of the Sales and Marketing Executives International.
